Terms of Service

By accessing or using brantpix.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to disrupt service, or infringing anyone's rights. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

All Site content, designs, logos, photography and copy are owned by Brantpix or its licensors and protected by US and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its products without written permission.

Every Brantpix tee is made-to-order in the USA after you place your order. Because each piece is printed individually:

• Slight variations in print placement, color tone and garment shade are normal and not considered defects.
• We hold no standing inventory — every order is produced from scratch.
• Production timelines reflect this; see Shipping & Returns.
• Please consult the Size Guide before ordering.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with full refund) for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Submitting an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method.

We dispatch from US fulfillment centers. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates; we're not liable for carrier delays.

Because every product is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

We will reprint or refund any item that is:

• Misprinted, materially defective, or damaged in transit.
• Reported within 14 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

The Site and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Brantpix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site or any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Brantpix harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
